The homeland with traditions and cultures of all the ethnic groups living there is fundamental for the national identity at all times. Such sacral feeling as the love of the homeland encourages everyone on new advancements practically in all vital spheres of society. Special project “Tugan zher” aims at developing a “small homeland”, involves citizens in development of the homeland, and also it is designed to resolve social problems.
